The following listings reflect a sample of the corporate merger and acquisition transactions in which Insight or its principals have been involved. The following list of transactions is presented in two groups, first those where our clients were strategic buyers (operating companies) and, listed second, those where our clients were financial buyers (usually private equity firms). Public entities are identified where applicable. Many of the transactions crossed industry lines and/or have international components.
