The following listings reflect a sample of the corporate merger and acquisition transactions in which Insight or its principals have been involved. The scope of our involvement has varied considerably but in all cases was designed to address the unique needs circumstances and objectives of our clients. The following list of transactions is presented in two groups, first those where our clients were strategic buyers (operating companies) and, listed second, those where our clients were financial buyers (usually private equity firms). Public entities are identified where applicable. Many of the transactions crossed industry lines and/or have international components. Note the wide variety of industries. We believe that the merger and acquisition skill sets are a function. That is they cross over industry lines. However, different industry specific experts are a critical part of a client's evaluation of an opportunity.
